As a strategic marketing professional, this role involves crafting compelling marketing materials to engage domestic and international audiences. Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Marketing Development:

• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative marketing strategies that align with our brand and academic standards.

• Create engaging marketing materials that resonate with diverse audiences, including students, parents, and educators.

Agent/Partner Management:

• Provide comprehensive training and support to our network of agents and partners, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to effectively promote our educational offerings.

• Foster strong relationships with agents and partners, leveraging their expertise to enhance our recruitment efforts.

Event Representation:

• Represent our institution at key recruitment events and expos, engaging with potential students and stakeholders to promote our programs and services.

• Develop and deliver engaging presentations and pitches that showcase our unique selling points and value proposition.

Enquiry Response and Conversion:

• Respond to enquiries from prospective students in a timely and strategic manner, employing conversion tactics to turn interest into confirmed enrolment.

• Analyze enquiry data to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing marketing strategies and tactics.

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

• Proven experience in domestic student recruitment, with a solid understanding of marketing principles and practices.

• Ability to adapt marketing strategies to international markets, with a focus on African and Middle Eastern regions.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and inform marketing decisions.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or extensive work experience in a related field.

• Prior experience working in a higher education setting, preferably in a marketing or recruitment role.
