This is a full-time, hands-on role for a highly capable marketing professional. You will manage end-to-end marketing services across multiple brands.

The Role

  • Deliver full-suite marketing services across multiple brands
  • Develop and implement brand and digital marketing strategies
  • Manage website content and structure, SEO and user experience
  • Create high-quality graphic and video content for use online and offline
  • Manage and grow social media channels (primarily LinkedIn)
  • Plan and execute event and sponsorship marketing
  • Conduct market and competitor research to guide strategy
  • Drive lead generation strategies for Group entities
  • Analyse campaign performance and deliver insights to stakeholders
  • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels

Key Responsibilities

You Will Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar marketing role - ideally within a fast-paced or multi-brand environment
  • Proven experience working with international or global-facing businesses
  • Hands-on capacity across brand strategy, digital marketing, SEO, website management, social media, graphic design, and content creation
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation and measurable marketing outcomes
  • Confidence operating as a solo marketer, with the ability to manage competing demands and stakeholders
  • Proficiency with a range of tools (e.g. HubSpot, Canva, GA4, Figma, Squarespace, Notion, Vimeo)
  • Strong time management, communication, and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with the agriculture industry will be highly regarded
