Renewable Energy Contract Manager

We are seeking a professional to manage service contracts and long-term agreements for large renewable energy projects.
Key Responsibilities- Solicit and review service contracts and agreements, ensuring they meet the required standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to draft and negotiate contract terms.
- Conduct commercial risk assessments and prepare pricing structures for service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of contract documentation and support handovers to delivery teams.
- Develop and implement process improvements for contract management and template maintenance.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and external partners through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in contract administration, management, or related roles.
- In-depth understanding of legal and contractual principles.
- Prior experience in the energy, renewables, utilities, or infrastructure sectors is advantageous.
- Proven track record of managing service and operations agreements for power or infrastructure assets.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Degree in Law, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
