We are seeking a Contracts Advisor to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity to work on industry leading renewable energy projects with upstream and downstream experience.

">Job Description
  • The role involves ensuring contractural compliance and providing guidance on key contractual provisions.
  • You will work collaboratively with Project Managers to manage contractual risks and ensure compliance with contractual timeframes and mechanisms.

This is a mid-senior level position that requires 4+ years of relevant experience, including experience with upstream and downstream negotiations.

A strong understanding of design and construction contracts is essential, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Construction, Utilities, Energy, or a similar project-based environment.
  • Experience with upstream and downstream negotiations, with the ability to formulate and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ability to understand design and construction contracts.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work with various stakeholders.
