As a dedicated team member of Stockland, you will play a crucial role in supporting a key strategic program aimed at driving business growth and operational excellence.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive support in delivery, governance, reporting, and resourcing at both workstream and program levels for a consolidated portfolio view.

Key responsibilities include project coordination, tracking and reporting, collaboration, administrative support, meeting coordination, documentation, presentations, and template management.

Working closely with stakeholders, you will develop comprehensive plans covering tasks, timelines, and resource requirements, and ensure accurate and up-to-date program and workstream documentation.

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.

A background in PMO or Program Coordination or Analyst roles, preferably within a large-scale strategic program, is highly desirable, as well as software proficiency in project management/reporting tools such as Smart Sheets, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite.
