Job Description

The Royal Australasian College of Physicians is seeking a highly skilled administrative professional to join their Shared Services team as a Program Coordinator Specialist. The successful candidate will provide high-level project administration support to the Specialist Training Program (STP) unit.

This role involves providing administrative support to the STP unit, including reviewing and approving progress reports, coordinating funding agreements, and managing inquiries related to STP. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in project administration.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the STP unit
  • Review and approve progress reports from STP sites
  • Coordinate development and release of funding agreements with STP sites
  • Manage inquiries regarding STP
