**Training and Development Program Specialist:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Program Specialist to join our team at Amazon. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation and administration of high-quality training initiatives in technical and non-technical learning programs for AWS Support.

You will work with Global Program Managers, Site Leads, and Operations Managers to ensure adoption, execution, and iteration of training programs at your site. This includes collaborating effectively with AWS Service teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and others on the AWS Support team to support department training programs and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of program or project management experience, 2+ years of training delivery experience, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. They should also have knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level and experience in program or project management.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the implementation and administration of training programs for AWS Support.
  • Collaborating with AWS Service teams, SMEs, and other stakeholders to support department training programs and initiatives.
  • Applying adult learning principles to design and develop training that best fits the needs of the audience and content.
  • Managing New Hire Onboarding, including LMS registration, logistics, granting system permissions, etc.
  • Monitoring all assessment, survey, and operational data and performing ongoing needs analysis.
