Training Program Administrator, Medical Specialists

We are seeking a highly motivated Training Program Administrator to join our team at the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level project administration support to the Specialist Training Program Unit.
The Specialist Training Program aims to provide medical specialist trainees with the opportunity to rotate through various settings beyond traditional public metropolitan teaching hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
- To review and approve progress reports from STP sites and coordinate the calculation of payments to STP posts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with STP sites to ensure smooth program implementation.
- Provide support to RACP committees and Fellows regarding STP-related matters.
- Contribute to the development of policies, processes, and systems related to STP.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project administration and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
