The role of a Lifestyle Carer is to play a crucial part in enriching the lives of residents by promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.

As a Lifestyle Carer, you will work closely with residents to develop and implement individual lifestyle plans that support their personal interests, abilities, and goals.

Essential Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health or equivalent qualification
  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Health Science or Community Services
  • NDIS Screening Check Clearance

About You:

  • Experience in aged care or disability support is highly desirable
  • A genuine passion for working with older people and enhancing their quality of life
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Understanding of the importance of maintaining residents' dignity and independence
