The Role
We are seeking experienced Speech Pathologists to provide life-changing speech pathology services to NDIS participants in North Western Melbourne and surrounding areas.
This is an ideal opportunity for full-time or part-time positions, depending on your preference.
Your Daily Tasks
- Work in diverse settings, including homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres, utilising the social model of disability.
- Create therapy plans and provide evidence-based speech pathology services to support participants in achieving their goals and maximising NDIS funding.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends).
- Attend weekly team meetings to share stories of impact, coffee, and laughter.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology.
- SPA Registration.
- A positive and flexible approach to work.
- Strong communication skills and a team player.
- Commitment to personal and professional development.
- Valid driver's license.
- NDIS Workers Screening Check.
- Working with Children's Check.
