About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Speech Pathologists to join our team in Western Melbourne. As a Speech Pathologist at Everyday Independence, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Salary: AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based speech pathology services to NDIS participants in Western Melbourne and surrounding areas
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement therapy plans
  • Work in diverse settings, including homes, schools, and community centers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology
  • SPA Registration
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
