We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Pathologist to join our team at Everyday Independence, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities in Western Melbourne and surrounding areas.

As a Speech Pathologist at Everyday Independence, you will be part of a dynamic organization that is committed to changing the game for people with disabilities. We work in the social model, which means you will have the flexibility to work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds, workplaces, and community centers.

Your day-to-day work will involve creating therapy plans and providing life-changing speech pathology services to support participants in achieving their goals and maximizing NDIS funding. You will work within an interdisciplinary team of passionate and dedicated allied health professionals, building meaningful relationships with participants and their supports (family, carers, friends).

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated annual salary of $85,000 - $115,000, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will also receive additional benefits such as vehicle options, laptop, phone, and performance and loyalty bonuses.

The role involves working with participants who require speech pathology services to achieve their goals and maximize NDIS funding. The ideal candidate will have a positive and flexible approach to work, strong communication skills, and a commitment to personal and professional development.
