Key Role: Business Growth Consultant

As a key player in driving business expansion, you will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful solutions that meet client requirements. Your blend of functional expertise, stakeholder engagement, and leadership skills will enable seamless delivery and adoption of CRM solutions.

The ideal candidate will work closely with sales teams, solution architects, and delivery teams to articulate the business value of Microsoft Dynamics 365, tailoring presentations and proposals to meet client-specific needs.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand business needs, challenges, and objectives.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE, F&O, and related modules).
  • Collaborate with sales teams to prepare proposals, RFP responses, and solution documentation.
  • Design proof-of-concepts (PoCs) that showcase the capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics in addressing client requirements.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions are viable, scalable, and aligned with best practices.
  • Present product roadmaps, licensing options, and ROI to C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics updates, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Support marketing initiatives such as webinars, industry events, and whitepapers.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of competitors and develop strategies to differentiate offerings.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE and/or F&O) with strong pre-sales or solution consulting background.
  • Proven ability to deliver compelling demos and presentations to both technical and business audiences.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across sales, marketing, customer service, finance, or supply chain.
  • Experience with RFP/RFI processes and proposal creation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or higher-level functional/technical certifications.
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
  • Familiarity with integration tools and third-party solutions.
  • Exposure to multiple industries such as manufacturing, retail, utilities, or professional services.
