Foster growth and collaboration by joining our sales team as a Business Development Manager. We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals to drive business expansion for our audio-visual solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities through various channels, developing strong relationships with clients and providing customised solutions to meet their needs.
- Deliver proposal responses and negotiate contracts in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Develop product knowledge and sales skills to achieve quarterly and annual targets, providing regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales targeting Government, Health, Education, and Corporate clientele.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to travel and attend customer sites or lead generating events as needed, supporting the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.
