Procurement and Grants Management Professional

The Procurement and Grants Management professional will provide comprehensive support to the procurement team through effective business operations.
This role entails assisting with grant application processes, including arranging assessment panels and offering relevant administrative support. It also requires providing expert advice and high-quality customer service to grant applicants and recipients on contract procedures, funding requirements, and effective service delivery expectations.
In this capacity, you will work closely with the procurement team to ensure seamless grant application processes and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with grant application processes, including arranging assessment panels and providing administrative support.
- Provide expert advice and high-quality customer service to grant applicants and recipients on contract procedures, funding requirements, and effective service delivery expectations.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure seamless grant application processes and deliver exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
