Procurement and Grants Management Role

This role involves providing direct support to the procurement team through effective business operations.

  • Assist with grant application process, arranging assessment panels and providing relevant secretariat support;
  • Provide advice and high-quality customer service to grant applicants and recipients on contract processes and effective service delivery requirements;
  • Support the delivery of industry briefings, develop templates and/or procurement documentation, and respond to external stakeholder queries in relation to funding applications and contract progression.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Grant Administration: Assist with grant application process, arrange assessment panels, and provide relevant secretariat support;
  • Customer Service: Provide advice and high-quality customer service to grant applicants and recipients on contract processes, funding requirements, and effective service delivery requirements;
  • Procurement Support: Develop templates and/or procurement documentation, and respond to external stakeholder queries in relation to funding applications and contract progression.

The ideal candidate will possess a high level of critical analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to escalate issues. Experience in end-to-end contract management and the establishment of contract management plans is desirable. Ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of government legislation, policies, procedures, and frameworks related to contract management, procurement, and grants administration is also desirable.
