Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Director of Service. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of passionate educators.

  • Build strong relationships with schools and partner on school events and community engagement
  • Enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver enriching experiences every day
  • Foster fun relationships with children and their families that connect, inspire, and delight
  • Manage and roster your team of passionate educators
  • Manage compliance and medical documentation

Service times: 6:45am - 9:00am, 2:30pm - 6:30pm, Monday - Friday + 7.75 admin hours per week.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a genuine interest in creating enriching experiences for primary-aged children. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident interpersonal skills, no matter if speaking with a child, parent, or school Principal
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
  • A natural leadership style with an eye for detail
  • Qualified or studying towards an ACECQA approved qualification (Teaching Degrees, Education Support, Children's Services, Early Childhood Education, Sports Science, Youth Work)
