Job Title: Director of Service

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of passionate educators and manage compliance and medical documentation with precision and attention to detail
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH SCHOOLS AND PARTNER ON SCHOOL EVENTS AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT initiatives
  • Manage rostering and ensure the delivery of enriching experiences every day that exceed expectations
  • Foster meaningful connections with children and their families that inspire and delight
  • Enjoy autonomy and creative freedom to plan and deliver programs that drive results

Requirements:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Natural leadership qualities with an eye for detail and a passion for excellence
  • A relevant qualification or studying towards an ACECQA-approved qualification
