Security Officer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their property.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service and support
  • Risk identification and issue resolution
  • Reporting and recording incidents and activities while on shift
  • Responding to medical and security incidents
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Responding to emergency events in accordance with site systems and processes
  • Developing professional relationships with emergency services
  • Understanding conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques

Requirements:

  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates
  • Current Security License and Crowd Control License in the state of employment
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-developed client service skills
  • Customer Service experience
  • Flexibility to work within a rotating 24/7 roster
  • High personal integrity and grooming standards
  • Previous experience in a highly regulated environment
  • Organised and outcome-oriented
