Job Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished Security Operations Supervisor or Manager to oversee our security services across Queensland.
About the Role:This leadership position is ideal for a results-driven individual who excels in operational efficiency and business expansion.
- Oversight of day-to-day operations, including CIT services and ensuring compliance with security protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Implementation and monitoring of safety protocols to ensure the security of personnel, clients, and assets.
- Optimization of operational efficiency by managing costs while maintaining service quality across both locations.
- Supervision of a small team of security officers, providing hands-on leadership to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Business Development:
- Identification and capitalization of business opportunities within the region to expand the client base and increase market share.
- Fostering relationships with existing clients and exploring opportunities to cross-sell additional Protective Security solutions.
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and service gaps, aligning business development strategies with regional market demands.
- Active participation in tenders and proposals, particularly targeting large contracts.
Leadership and Administration:
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting security staff, ensuring high performance and operational consistency.
- Collaboration with the head office to ensure accurate operational and financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and compliance tracking.
- Serving as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Providing strategic leadership, implementing continuous improvement processes to enhance service delivery across the regions.
