  • Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategy, participation, and performance to ensure high-quality, inclusive sporting experiences for young people.
  • Champion grassroots sports while supporting staff, engaging with communities, and building strong partnerships.

About This Role

This role requires a strategic leader with a passion for sport and a heart for community impact. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in the management and delivery of social sports competitions in a multisite capacity.

The role involves working closely with internal teams to recruit, support, and upskill staff involved in sports delivery. You will also provide regular reporting to the executive team on participation trends and program performance.

Requirements

  • Sports Management/ Business Degree
  • Demonstrated experience in the management and delivery of social sports competitions in a multisite capacity
  • Drivers Licence
  • First aid certificate
