As a key player in delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will play a pivotal role in our branches. Working collaboratively with your manager and colleagues, you will build strong relationships with customers and provide them with tailored solutions to meet their banking needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build personal connections with customers through meaningful conversations and identify opportunities to refer them to specialist team members.
  • Provide support to other branches within the area by traveling and working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding outcomes for every customer.
  • Work with customers to help them use our in-branch technology and digital banking options, ensuring they have a seamless banking experience.
  • Ask about and respond to customers' transactional needs in the branch, ensuring they leave satisfied and empowered to manage their finances effectively.
  • Complete Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify any changes or areas for improvement.
  • Proactively call customers to build rapport and invite them into the branch for a Financial Health Check or an appointment with a specialist.
  • Adhere to processes and procedures, including accurately reconciling transactions and reviewing customers' financial positions.
  • Engage with customers by participating in community events and fundraising activities, promoting commitment to social responsibility.
Requirements
  • Have the ability to ask the right questions and find the right solutions, acting with integrity and placing the customer at the centre of everything.
  • Bring passion for service excellence and be comfortable working independently while referring customers to other specialist team members when necessary.
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a busy, commercial environment whilst seeing the big picture for customers and providing holistic solutions.
  • Most importantly, have genuine passion for the customer and for doing the right thing to ensure we're putting customers' needs first.
