We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate leader to join our team as a Community Engagement Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with local community organizations, regional and state government agencies, and other community-minded organizations.

Your primary goal will be to generate opportunities for people with disabilities to access the best housing and services they need to live fulfilling lives.

About You

We are looking for a leader who is driven by a passion for growth and development, with a strong understanding of the NDIS price guide and experience in completing schedule of support agreements and tenancy agreements.

You will have a proven track record of building strong referral connections and local knowledge of the area, as well as excellent communication and engagement skills to build collaborative partnerships.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying opportunities for community engagement and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including community organizations, government agencies, and service providers.
  • Developing and implementing effective community outreach programs to promote our services and support the needs of individuals with disabilities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and support.
