This role as a Client Care Representative is perfect for individuals who thrive in client-facing environments and are passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome clients and ensure their experience leads to optimal outcomes
- Schedule appointments and confirm bookings for our clients
- Provide administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
- Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Manage the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
- Billing clients correctly and handling various payments
- Develop proficiency in using a range of software and applications
- Prior experience in customer service and/or administration roles
- A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Resilience, self-motivation, and high energy levels
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
- Focus on achieving results and delivering the best possible outcomes
- Intermediate computer skills
- An interest in learning about hearing aid features and basic repair/maintenance
