This role as a Client Care Representative is perfect for individuals who thrive in client-facing environments and are passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome clients and ensure their experience leads to optimal outcomes
  • Schedule appointments and confirm bookings for our clients
  • Provide administrative support to our Clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Manage the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
  • Billing clients correctly and handling various payments
  • Develop proficiency in using a range of software and applications
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer service and/or administration roles
  • A genuine passion for delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and high energy levels
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team
  • Focus on achieving results and delivering the best possible outcomes
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • An interest in learning about hearing aid features and basic repair/maintenance
