Field Service Engineer Opportunity

This role involves conducting preventative and reactive maintenance for medical equipment at customer sites. Developing strong relationships with customers is also a key aspect of this position.

The ideal candidate will have a restricted or full electrical licence, mechanical aptitude, and previous experience as a field service engineer or technician. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also essential.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance of medical equipment
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH PROFESSIONAL INTERACTION
  • Support other engineers as needed to achieve team objectives
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A restricted or full Electrical Licence (mandatory)
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Previous experience in a Field Service Engineer or Technician role, preferably in the Medical Technology sector
  • Proven track record of going above and beyond to deliver excellent results
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
