About this Role

As an Operational Support Officer at Iress, you will play a vital role in ensuring that non-business-as-usual activities are completed accurately and on time. You will provide support to the wider Super Services operations team in Albury and collaborate with BAU teams to implement changes that enhance our services.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include accurate fee and commission processing, completion of user acceptance testing, data analysis and reporting, and consistently supporting staff in operational teams. You will also be involved in process improvements activities to ensure our services remain top-notch.

What You Will Bring

  • One year's experience in a similar role within the superannuation or financial services industry
  • Experience with handling superannuation administration is desirable
  • Highly skilled with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work effectively in a broader team
  • Some exposure to superannuation legislation is desirable
