About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team at integratedliving Australia Ltd. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing personal care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live a high-quality life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks.
  • Assist clients with social activities, such as outings, appointments, and community events.
  • Implement health and wellness initiatives to promote clients' physical and emotional well-being.
  • Support clients with grocery shopping, meal preparation, and other daily tasks.
  • Transport clients to appointments and social events.
  • Monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the Service Delivery Team Leader.
Requirements:
  • Current driver's license and a reliable, insured vehicle.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or a willingness to obtain).
  • Current National Police Check (or a willingness to obtain).
  • Tech-savvy with smartphones and tablets.
  • A strong customer service focus and effective communication skills.
  • Lots of empathy, compassion, and respect for clients.
