Pregnancy Family Conferencing (PFC)

Pregnancy Family Conferencing is a collaborative approach that promotes early engagement and interagency planning with pregnant women and families at risk of their newborns entering out-of-home care at birth. This strategy uses family conferencing with an independent facilitator to bring together key stakeholders, foster a supportive environment, and encourage proactive decision-making.
