Sales and Operations Leader
Bay Audio, a leading hearing health provider, is seeking a leader to support customers with hearing loss. This key role involves effectively managing store operations to maximize revenue and overall business efficiencies.
About the Role- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring on day-to-day operations of the retail and clinical teams.
- Manage and increase effectiveness and efficiency of the Retail and Clinical teams through implementation of Bay Audio policies and procedures.
- Enhance communication between National Support Office, store, and clinical teams to drive efficiency and productivity improvement within the operations team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 5 years in a Senior Store Management role or Multi-site equivalent.
- Extensive retail and/or sales management experience and knowledge.
- Practical and effective experience in people leadership and management.
