National Sales Director Opportunity

Our business is a leading provider of industrial pumps and we are seeking an experienced National Sales Director to lead our sales team across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Territory and Key Account Managers to achieve national sales targets across direct and channel partners.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive national sales strategy, focusing on growth opportunities through key client relationships, consultant networks, contractor partnerships and distributor channels.
  • Bolster existing client relationships and establish new connections with industry stakeholders to drive business development and expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product and service departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide market insights and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics and reporting systems to measure accountability and drive results-oriented behaviors.
  • Represent the business at major trade shows, industry events and partner meetings to build brand awareness and foster key relationships.

The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership experience in national sales or regional sales management, a strong background in technical B2B solution sales and demonstrated success in driving national growth strategies.
