Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business partners, technology groups, and end-user groups to elicit, analyze, prioritize, validate, document, and communicate business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Contribute to writing user stories, including analysis of benefits of proposed solutions to deliver desired business outcomes within associated initiative costs.
- Develop and maintain detailed business analysis artefacts and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring they meet quality standards and fulfill project reporting needs for effective governance and audit requirements.
- Apply organisation methodologies, tools, and standards.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and governance in reporting and analytics.
- Proficiently use various applications, including presentation, spreadsheet, and word processing applications, to convey complex information simply.
- Strong SQL programming skills with experience in Databricks, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Proven experience as a Solutions Analyst or similar role, ideally in large corporate environments.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, Agile delivery, and translating requirements into user stories.
- Proficient in business analysis tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
