Senior Solar and BESS Engineer Job

This senior-level position involves leading teams in designing and implementing cutting-edge solar and energy storage solutions.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with expertise in solar panel design, battery management systems, and power electronics.

  • Lead the development of innovative solar and BESS systems, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy solar and BESS projects, from conceptualization to commissioning.
  • Analyze data to optimize system performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for increased efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in solar and/or energy storage engineering, with a focus on design, development, and deployment.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
