The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for showcasing Milwaukee products and solutions to the construction industry, fostering a positive business relationship with all customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and educate end users to transition to Milwaukee products, achieving sales objectives.
  • Effectively present Milwaukee products and solutions to the construction industry.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the Regional Sales Management team.
  • Ensure timely completion of mandatory administrative tasks in Salesforce.
  • Drive conversions, trials of new products, and increase brand awareness in the field.
About You:
  • Ability to proactively pursue and convert opportunities - strong hunter mentality required.
  • Experience in Field Sales or End User sales is essential.
  • High level of autonomy expected.
  • Trade background/Practical experience with tools is advantageous.
  • Proficient in computer skills, MS suite, and experienced with CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Valid full driver's license with an excellent driving record.
