Key Role: Associate Strategy Director

">About the Position

This senior-level strategist will be responsible for building and implementing end-to-end customer experience strategies that drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience as a strategist in a creative advertising agency, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the AUS market.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic solutions from brand strategy to tactical social, content, tone of voice documents, and influencer strategies
  • Leverage data and research to find interesting consumer insights that can be leveraged as opportunities
  • Work closely with our creative teams and clients to develop distinct and differentiated audience segmentations connected to strategic decisions and creative ways-in
Skill Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience as a strategist in a creative advertising agency
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the AUS market
  • Versed in leveraging VaynerMedia tools, research, and platforms to perform content audits
  • Collaborate with the media team to provide holistic success measurement frameworks
  • Craft social content, outreach, caption banks, and trendjacking posts with ease
