About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our Rehabilitation Services team at ORS. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Rehabilitation Consultants and providing clinical guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct management of Rehabilitation Consultants, providing clinical guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Delivering training and induction programs to new team members.
  • Completing quality assurance report reviews and providing feedback to team members.
  • Attending appointments with consultants to provide support and training.
  • Completing high-quality clinical services and assessments as required.
  • Developing and implementing effective management plans and strategies to drive business growth and market share.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology.
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA or ESSA.
  • At least 18 months of experience in the return-to-work industry.
  • Vehicle and driver's license.
