Restaurant Associates has an enviable track record, working with some of the most prestigious venues and corporations in the world. From grand gala events, corporate cocktail parties to intimate gatherings, we provide bespoke food solutions and exceptional dining experiences.
We have exciting and fascinating events on the horizon at Old Parliament House/The Museum of Australian Democracy and we are now on the lookout for a great Food and Beverage Team Leader to come and join the ride with us.
The Role:
- Take a hands-on approach to meet with guests and trouble shoot any queries.
- Lead by example with high quality and exceptional customer service.
- Developing team commitment, co-operation and performance
- Organise rosters as per operational requirements.
- Address any elevated guest grievances.
- Placing orders as required.
- Barista experience required
The Person:
- An experienced Food & Beverage professional who is agile and able to 'think on their feet'.
- Passionate about fantastic service standards.
- Loves great food and wine (who doesn't?)
- Comfortable in a fast and busy environment.
