Key Responsibilities- Oversee the activities of the team to ensure the successful and professional delivery of advice in a fast-paced, complex operating environment.
- Foster a supportive team environment focusing on well-being and achieving positive outcomes in a hybrid working environment.
- Develop team capabilities through coaching, constructive feedback, and encouragement.
- Manage employee/senior executive expectations and negotiate outcomes and timeframes where necessary.
- Build and maintain productive and effective partnerships with other HR Leaders to support an integrated and cohesive HR service.
- Apply knowledge of relevant legislative, policy, regulation, and employment frameworks to ensure conformance to these requirements.
- Australian citizenship at the time of application.
- Negative Vetting 1 (Secret) security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Demonstrated prior experience (minimum 2 years) in an industrial relations/workplace relations role, with a strong ability to interpret and apply an employment framework.
- Demonstrated prior experience leading a team to deliver results in a fast-paced, complex operating environment.
