Transformation Manager

This position requires a Change Specialist to drive the planning, development and review of Organisational Change Management strategies and products across large-scale ICT and transformation programs. The successful candidate will need Australian Citizenship with Baseline Security Clearance.
Key Responsibilities- Drive alignment of change activities across multiple programs.
- Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders.
- Lead engagement with stakeholders to inform planning and tactics.
- Support training, communication and transition-to-operations activities.
- Oversee reporting, analytics and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to building internal change capability through coaching and mentoring.
The role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of transformational outcomes while minimising change impacts across diverse groups.
