Transformation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Transformation Manager to drive the delivery of change management work in support of a complex ICT project. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning outputs with organisational goals, setting and tracking teamwork plans, reporting on progress against change goals, managing contracts, and working with senior leaders to align strategy and delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Change Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of this critical project.

About the Role

The Transformation Manager will be responsible for capturing, coordinating, organising and prioritising effort across technology, people and processes to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture, coordinate, organise and drive the delivery of transformation work to support a complex ICT project.
  • In partnership with the Project Team, build a shared vision and strategy for transformation work.
  • Report on team progress against set targets to the Director and other executive leaders.
  • Quality assure work outputs of the team.
  • Manage support staff outputs and provide leadership and guidance to more junior team members.
  • Manage contracts and other project artefacts, including financial reporting and budgeting.

Requirements

  • A qualification in change management, communication, training or stakeholder engagement is desirable.
  • A qualification in Agile delivery or Scrum Master is also desirable.
