- Proven experience delivering transformation programs for government clients.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, with a track record of successfully managing teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively.
Ideally, you will have the following skills:
- Analytical mindset with a structured approach to solving complex problems.
- The role requires Security clearances (Baseline, NV1, NV2) due to the nature of the Federal client work.
