About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sales Performance Planner to join our team at the Cotton On Group. As a key member of our planning team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing historical sales data to predict future trends and inform sales budgets

  • Working closely with the Planning and Buying teams to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to drive sales growth and profitability

Requirements

  • Relevant degree or qualification in a relevant field, such as business, finance, or analytics

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a planning or analysis role, with a proven track record of delivering sales growth and profitability

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders
