About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Planner to join our dynamic team at Rubi, part of the Cotton On Group. As a key member of our Planning and Buying team, you will play a critical role in driving sales performance and stock/purchasing control to ensure the profitability of our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse historical data to predict future sales trends and provide insights to inform strategic decisions
  • Support the Planning and Buying teams in managing stock accuracy, flow, and volume to maximise sales and identify opportunities
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and suppliers to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales budgets and forecasts to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Relevant degree or qualification in a relevant field, such as Fashion Merchandising, Business, Finance, or Analytics
  • Solid experience working in a Planning Analyst role, with exposure to sales budgets and historical data analysis
  • Experience as an Assistant Planner is preferred, but not essential
  • Confidence in analytical skills to make high-impact decisions regarding your category
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with great time management skills and high attention to detail
