A well-established business is looking for a highly skilled Logistics Coordinator to facilitate the ordering and logistics from Italy & other parts of Europe to Australia.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask & work autonomously. They must be fluent in Italian and have experience in importing procedures or be able to learn quickly.

Responsibilities include liaising with suppliers and logistics companies overseas, maintaining databases of products and suppliers, processing invoices (in Italian and English), checking and placing purchase orders, scanning documents, and updating data & spreadsheets.
