About the Role:

Main Responsibilities:
  • P&L management and balance sheet management for Accelleron's Australian operations.
  • Developing and implementing the local business strategy in line with global strategies and targets.
  • Contributing to the enhancement and periodic review of the global Product Market Strategy for Service in Australia.
  • Executing Accelleron and divisional market strategies, considering global targets, local market dynamics, and organizational structure.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • P&L growth and profitability.
  • Business expansion and market penetration.
  • Team performance and development.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
