We are seeking a visionary and collaborative Transport Market Leader to shape the future of transport infrastructure across Australia. This is more than a leadership role. It is an opportunity to inspire change, empower teams, and deliver projects that improve lives and communities.
This pivotal role is integral to our Australian Executive team, providing senior leadership and strategic direction. It can be based in our Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney offices.
Your Purpose and Impact
As Transport Market Leader, you will:
What You Bring
Extensive experience in the Australian transport infrastructure sector, having worked with two or more State Transport Departments, such as Transport and Main Roads (QLD), Transport for NSW, Department of Transport and Planning (VIC), Department for Infrastructure and Transport (SA), Transport WA, and associated entities or authorities.Senior relationships across client, industry partner, and contractor organisations, with a well-established market reputation, influence, and network.A proven track record in positioning, winning, and delivering major infrastructure projects across Roads & Highways, Rail & Metros, and associated transport sub-markets.Tertiary qualifications in engineering, transport planning, or a related field.Chartered status relevant to the Transport Market and client requirements (CPEng, RPEQ, or equivalent).Strong expertise in project management and business development, with a strategic mindset and commercial acumen.A collaborative and inclusive leadership style, with a passion for mentoring, empowering others, and fostering team growth.Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust and engagement with clients, partners, and multidisciplinary teams.Willingness and ability to travel as required to support national initiatives and client engagement.Why Join Us?
