Gotafe's Institutional Clients Group (ICG) is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Summer Analysts to join the Capital Markets Origination (CMO) team in Asia Pacific. The CMO team advises corporate clients on capital raising activities and leads every part of the deal process: transaction origination, formulation of deal structure, security design, marketing and execution.
As a Summer Analyst in Capital Markets Origination, you will have the opportunity to work on multiple projects as if you were a full-time analyst, across both equity and debt capital markets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Compiling, analyzing, and assimilating financial information to support deal origination and execution.
- Researching market-moving events and relevant live deals to prepare client-ready presentation materials.
- Becoming familiar with equity, bond, or loan offerings and playing a fundamental role in deal origination and execution.
- Understanding market factors and parameters for pricing an equity, bond, or loan offering in the real world.
- Working hard, being proactive, and contributing to the team in a dynamic and stimulating work environment.
The 11-week internship will start with an intensive training program that includes orientation sessions and on-the-job training. You will learn advanced accounting concepts, financial modeling and valuation techniques, and an overview of Gotafe's key financial products. You will also have the opportunity to meet and network with Gotafe professionals from all parts of the bank through social events.

About YouWe are looking for candidates who:
- Are in their penultimate year of university pursuing a degree in any discipline.
- Have strong numerical and analytical skills, with basic knowledge in finance and accounting.
