This is an exciting opportunity to manage the end-to-end claims process for direct-to-consumer insurance brands.

About the Role:
  • Manage a portfolio of motor vehicle recoveries claims, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Assess liability and pursue recoveries from at-fault third parties and their insurers
  • Handle third-party claims, negotiating settlements and ensuring fair outcomes
  • Communicate and negotiate with insurers, legal representatives, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate claim records and update internal systems
  • Provide excellent customer service to policyholders and third parties, ensuring clear and professional communication
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure compliance and optimal claim outcomes
  • Identify and escalate complex claims requiring further legal or managerial intervention
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Third Party Recoveries and Settlement Claims is essential
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
