About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Senior Brand Manager to join our team at Employment Hero. As a key member of our Marketing Leadership Team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to position Employment Hero as the leading authority in employment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a fast-growing, cross-functional team of local content marketers, social media, and events specialists.
  • Enhance our understanding of target audiences, oversee content planning, campaign development, and creative direction.
  • Continuously assess and report on effectiveness and ROI and brand tracking.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Marketing Leadership Team across all of our markets to share best practice.
  • Develop and execute strategies to position Employment Hero as the leading authority in employment solutions.
  • Drive the creation of bold, innovative, and socially-led campaigns that resonate with our target audiences and elevate our brand presence.
Requirements
  • Proven experience (minimum 7 years total) in a fast-paced marketing environment, ideally within an agency delivering innovative, highly creative, and socially-led campaigns, or within a startup/scaleup that has achieved significant growth.
  • Hands-on experience leading high-performance content/brand teams, including brand strategy and execution.
  • A track record of creating and delivering campaigns that have hit the headlines or created significant action.
  • The ability to transform social channels and lead campaigns that become famous.
  • An understanding of digital marketing channels (such as SEM, SEO, Display, Social Media, Affiliate, and Email) as well as non-digital channels.
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics and automation technology such as Google 360 Suite, Braze, Salesforce, and/or Marketo would be a bonus.
