Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Technology Strategist to lead our Microsoft 365 implementation and infrastructure management. As a key member of our Global Enterprise Technology team, you will be responsible for delivering a secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure that supports our users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Technology Leadership: Support the global transition to Microsoft cloud-based platforms, balancing on-premise requirements with a global cloud-based Microsoft environment.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Develop a model for automated deployments and continuous optimization, ensuring quality through systematic testing and alerting.
  • Support Excellence: Establish a framework for delivering first-class support, ensuring our internal service desk teams can efficiently support users in the new cloud environment.
  • Collaboration Enhancement: Leverage the full capabilities of the Microsoft suite to facilitate improved collaboration and efficient workflow.
  • Security and Compliance Rigor: Partner with the Security Operations team to uphold stringent security and compliance standards in the ongoing management of the cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Strategic Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with our Product Managers to develop a technology roadmap that anticipates future needs and incorporates emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Experienced Technologist: At least 10 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft platforms, with relevant certifications.
  • Proven Delivery Leader: A solid history of leading complex IT projects, especially migrations to M365, using best practice program management.
  • Team Builder & Collaborative Leader: Experience leading, inspiring, and developing teams on a global scale, with a focus on effective communication and collaborative success.
  • Entrepreneurial Thinker: A visionary self-starter with expertise in time management, navigating ambiguity, and driving iterative progress to deliver value in real-time.
  • Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of collaboration services, automation technologies, migration expertise, cloud and security, and on-premise technology.
