Learning Experience Designer

At Simpro Group, we are seeking a skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our Learning & Development team. This role is crucial in designing and maintaining high-quality learning resources across the employee lifecycle - from induction to technical training.

The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design or learning experience design, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. They will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and partners to extract and translate technical knowledge into instructional materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and update learning resources including eLearning modules; storyboards; facilitator guides and job aids
  • Maintain and enhance induction/onboarding content for consistency and impact
  • Identify learning needs and define course outlines, delivery methods, and assessments

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in instructional design or learning experience design
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience working with SMEs and translating complex content into accessible learning
